We use USPS to ship all of our orders.  Orders are shipped within one business day of receipt.  We ship to the USA and APO's ONLY.  Our shipping rates are as follows:

Our products come wiith a 14 day defect warranty.  The warranty begins from the date of delivery and not the order date so the customer can get a full 14 days to verify that they have not received defective merchandise.  Any shortages or order discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Our customer service phone hours are Monday thru Friday from 10am EST to 4pm EST. Often there are issues that may be resolved over the phone.  If we determine that a product needs to be replaced under warranty, you will be given an RMA along with return instructions.   We do not accept non defective returns and all sales are final.
